A few words about the team we are building:

General and Assistant Managers: At least 3 years minimum experience necessary to apply. Candidates should be well-groomed, professional and punctual. Must have reliable transportation and possibly willing to commute 20-30 minutes. Working knowledge of P&L accountability required. Must be comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, taking inventory, writing schedules, hiring and training new employees. Also must be willing to adapt to new systems and protocols, and have experience with implementation and follow up. We are looking for passionate people who love the restaurant business and are looking to grow with a fun, dynamic and VERY BUSY company.

Bartenders and servers must have 2 years experience in a busy restaurant with a full bar. Service is a top priority, and the above and beyond, whatever-it-takes-to-make-the-guest-happy approach is what we are looking for. Must be amiable, capable, punctual and hard-working. Looking for go-getters who always want to pick up that extra shift, are willing to stay late, and often come early.

Kitchen positions require minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen with a large menu. Catering experience also helpful. Culinary students needing to complete internships are welcome to send resumes with details of what you are looking for in terms of length of employment and hours available.
